Justin Schultz is a Vice Chairman within CBRE’s Global Occupier Solutions group, where he specializes in managing highly complex real estate portfolios for global organizations. With more than two decades of experience, Justin leads a multifaceted team focused on aligning real estate strategy with business objectives to drive measurable results, mitigate risk, and deliver consistent value across portfolios.

In his role, Justin partners closely with senior real estate and corporate leadership to design and execute customized real estate solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. He leverages the full power of the CBRE platform to bring clarity and precision to complex transactions, bridging the gap between high-level portfolio goals and site-level requirements.

A consistent top performer in the industry, Justin specializes in aligning the complex real estate requirements of retail, industrial, and office occupiers with their broader business objectives. Since joining CBRE, he has overseen millions of square feet in transactions for iconic brands like Nike, Netflix, and Williams-Sonoma. By leveraging his deep expertise in capital markets, development and transaction execution, Justin anticipates challenges and influences key negotiations to deliver outcomes that drive both immediate results and long-term portfolio performance.

Prior to joining CBRE, Justin held senior leadership roles at Greystone & Co., Inc., a New York City–based real estate investment banking firm, where he worked across real estate development, mortgage finance, and capital markets. Earlier in his career, he was a senior executive at a prominent New York City real estate development company, overseeing retail, office, and industrial projects throughout the United States.
