William has managed over 20 million square feet of real estate transactions in more than 50 countries throughout 6 continents and has relationships with clients and service providers globally. Both in person and remotely, he has overseen diverse projects focused on portfolio strategy planning, transaction management, acquisition & disposition of leased and owned assets, build-to-suit facilities, M&A due diligence, rapid growth/contraction of client’s footprint, financial and market analysis, asset management and contract negotiation to name a few. He is passionate about creating value for his clients and enabling them to achieve their real estate goals.
Prior to joining CBRE William spent previous years with Grubb & Ellis Company and DTZ, now Cushman & Wakefield.
