Kaden is an associate on the Net Lease Property Group. He specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, 1031's and sale-leasebacks of single-tenant triple net leased commercial properties. CBRE's NLPG Newport is composed of six skilled professionals specializing in advisory services, 1031 exchange representation, business development, escrow management, financial analysis, graphic design and marketing. Since 2007, we have successfully executed more than $2 billion in investment sales within the net lease space.
Prior to joining the Net Lease Property Group at CBRE, he was on the CBRE Salt Lake City multifamily team during his senior year in school. Kaden provided value by prospecting and supporting the team through transactions and operational efficiencies. Before that, he interned for CBRE's Financial Consulting Group over his junior year summer.
Education
Kaden graduated from the University of Utah with dual degrees in Accounting and Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. At Utah he was the Co-President of the Real Estate club, taking the club from a small gathering of students to the largest club on campus with significant funding support from the school.
