Kaitlyn specializes in the retail sector of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services team in Charlotte, NC. Her primary focus is tenant and landlord representation, and land
brokerage. Prior to joining CBRE, Kaitlyn worked at Colliers International on the retail
brokerage team where she worked with national tenants, franchisees, as well as a
variety of different landlords, buyers, sellers, and developers. In 2021, Kaitlyn won the
Colliers Rising Star award and was nominated for the Connect CRE Next Generation
Award.
Kaitlyn was born and raised in Charlotte and graduated Cum Laude from the University of
South Carolina where she dual majored in Real Estate and Marketing. As a Charlotte
native, Kaitlyn brings a wealth of knowledge about the Charlotte market to her local and
national clients.
