Lars Leweck is a Vice President with the Debt & Structured Finance group of CBRE’s Capital Markets division. Lars is based in the firm’s San Diego, CA, office and originates acquisition and recapitalization financing for small to mid-market commercial real estate. In this role, Lars and his team focus on the multifamily asset class but have also transacted on industrial, retail and hotel properties.
Lars joined CBRE in 2018 as one of the original debt specialists on a specialized nationwide team of integrated sales and debt professionals responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound digital marketing efforts. That team has since grown into a national presence and significant business driver for CBRE.
Lars is an alumnus of Gonzaga University and joined CBRE after working in the front office of the San Diego Padres.
