Logan is an Investment Sales Analyst with CBRE Capital Markets, specializing in the valuation of mid-to-large multifamily assets for private and institutional investors across Central and North Florida.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Welch was a Financial Analyst with Colliers Southeast Industrial Capital Markets, focusing on valuation analysis and market search for the Southeast U.S. industrial markets.

Prior to joining Colliers, Logan was a full-time graduate student at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he studied Finance, Accounting, and Real Estate.

Before moving to Chicago for business school, Logan spent eight years in the Washington, D.C. at Gartner advising C-suite executives across finance, strategy, and real estate and launching a customer success and delivery organization.

As an undergraduate student-athlete, Logan studied Economics and played shortstop for the varsity baseball team at the University of Maryland, College Park.

Outside of work, Logan enjoys watching and playing most sports, including golf and tennis, and spending time with family and friends.

CBRE Multifamily & Capital Markets – Florida Middle Markets Team

The CBRE Multifamily team serving Florida’s Central and Southwest Florida markets is a specialized investment sales group focused on middle-market assets, with a particular emphasis on pre-2000 construction. Operating within the value-add space, the team brings deep market knowledge and strategic execution to a segment often underserved by institutional platforms.

With over two decades of experience, the team represents sellers in acquisitions, dispositions, and equity placement strategies across key markets including Tampa Bay, Orlando, Sarasota, Bradenton, Ft. Myers, and the Space Coast. Their approach is hands-on and built around long-term investor relationships.

Originally formed at Marcus & Millichap, where they consistently ranked among the top brokers nationally, the team joined CBRE in 2019. Since then, they have closed over $1B in sales multiple times, added strong team players, and continue building a strong presence in a space where CBRE previously had no footprint.

The team is led by Michael Regan, Cameron Barbas, and Matthew Valeri, with sales associates Logan Welch, Daniel Pinero, and Connor Steele. Investment sales managers Steven Garitty and Madison Manuel are fully engaged in operations and execution, ensuring every assignment is delivered with precision and efficiency.

Team History
Our team as be specializing in the Middle Markets space since the early 2000’s. We started at Marcus & Millichap where our high level of success had us consistently finishing within the top 20 of all brokers. We were later recruited over to CBRE in 2019 to full a Middle Markets void where CBRE never had a presence. We have achieved over a billion dollars in sales a couple times in the last few years, which is impressive given market conditions. Our team has been able to operate at a high level in a space that CBRE has never Competed. Currently, we have 1 team consisting of 5 producers and 2 analysts.

Markets
Our main territories are the Gulf Coast of Florida as well as Noth Florida Market. Generally, our primary focus include assets in the cities of Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Bradenton, Sarasota, and Ft. Myers as well as the Space Coast.
