Associated Office
Mr. Valeri is a member of an 11-person team led by Francesco P. Carriera and Michael P. Regan. In 2022, the team closed over 5,844 multifamily units valued over $1.1 billion.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Valeri was an Investment Associate and Multifamily Specialist with Carriera Regan of Tampa Bay – a national multifamily advisory group of Marcus & Millichap and its institutional property division, Institutional Property Advisors. In 2018, the team joined CBRE Capital Markets.
Mr. Valeri also has nine years of experience working as a private financial advisor for Raymond James Financial where he managed $150 million in investments.

Team History
Our team as be specializing in the Middle Markets space since the early 2000’s. We started at Marcus & Millichap where our high level of success had us consistently finishing within the top 20 of all brokers. We were later recruited over to CBRE in 2019 to full a Middle Markets void where CBRE never had a presence. We have achieved over a billion dollars in sales a couple times in the last few years, which is impressive given market conditions. Our team has been able to operate at a high level in a space that CBRE has never Competed. Currently, we have 1 team consisting of 5 producers and 2 analysts.
Markets
Our main territories are the Gulf Coast of Florida as well as Noth Florida Market. Generally, our primary focus include assets in the cities of Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Bradenton, Sarasota, and Ft. Myers as well as the Space Coast.
