As an Executive Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, Michael P. Regan specializes in mid to large multifamily asset dispositions for both major private and institutional sellers across Florida’s Gulf Coast and North Florida.
Mr. Regan co-leads a 7-person team specializing in multifamily investment sales across the Tampa and West Florida markets. In 2022, the team closed over 10,857 multifamily units valued over $2.1 billion.
Prior to joining CBRE Mr. Regan formed Carriera Regan in 2010 – a national multifamily advisory group of Marcus & Millichap and its institutional property division, Institutional Property Advisors. In 2018, the team joined CBRE Capital Markets.
