Francesco Carriera and Michael Regan and their team of eleven additional professionals lead the firm's multifamily investment sales platform in the Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida markets as CBRE Capital Markets Tampa Bay and Gulf Coast Multifamily. Their team includes four other investment sales professionals: Cameron Barbas, Joseph Thavis, Matthew Valeri, William Gryboski, and five support professionals. In 2021, Francesco, Michael, and their team closed $1.11 billion in sales, with 57 transactions and 7,022 units sold.

Before joining CBRE, Francesco and Michael formed Carriera Regan in 2006–a national multifamily advisory group of Marcus & Millichap and its institutional property division, Institutional Property Advisors. With a tenure in the industry of 15+ years, Francesco and Michael have closed $5.6 billion in sales, 433 transactions, and sold 56,000 units.
