Matson Holbrook joined CBRE’s Milwaukee office in 2019 as First Vice President, Capital Markets, focusing on investment property sales. A seasoned veteran within the industry, his analytical acumen and attention to detail help his clients navigate and close complex real estate sales transactions. Prior to CBRE, Matson crafted his brokerage expertise at two Milwaukee-based firms – Siegel-Gallagher, Inc., and MBH Investment Real Estate.

Early in his 25-year career, Matson gained valuable insight into the broader commercial real estate and international business industries working at firms in New York, San Francisco and London. He has successfully translated that knowledge and experience into more than $1.1 billion in investment sales transactions since returning to his hometown in 2010.
