Sean Beuche is a Vice President in CBRE’s Milwaukee office. Since starting his career in brokerage in 2009, Sean worked for an apartment manager, a full-service brokerage company leasing properties across southeastern Wisconsin, and later a multinational investment sales brokerage company closing transactions in all major product types. Sean has extensive experience in working with national, regional and local investors, owners, and occupiers in Wisconsin and nationally.

Sean’s leadership skills and expertise in the commercial real estate industry elevated him to management roles in dominant brokerage offices in Philadelphia & New York City. He has been recognized as Rookie of the Year, Top Caller, Pace Setter and was distinguished for exceptional production and partnership with debt originators. In addition, he has been actively involved as a member of several notable industry trade groups including the National Multi Housing Council, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network, Project Destined, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks. He has been a guest speaker for numerous collegiate real estate programs and established collegiate co-op and internship programs to foster the next generation of commercial real estate advisors. His involvement in the community includes active membership in his family’s parish, and ongoing outreach efforts to combat drug and alcohol addiction, and homelessness.
