Megan Pepper serves as the Client Services Coordinator for the Colorado Industrial & Logistics Services team, supporting Todd Witty, Daniel Close, Nic Carter, and Michael Harpole. After earning her business degree in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder, she joined the team as a temporary transaction manager, gaining valuable experience for six months before transitioning into her current role. Today, she oversees the team’s listings from both marketing and transactional perspectives.

To promote listings, Megan develops and manages customized marketing campaigns for each property. Her responsibilities include creating brochures, designing pitch decks, crafting social media content, and executing targeted email outreach to the brokerage community. She also ensures that online listings across multiple platforms remain up to date to maximize visibility and generate leads. Additionally, she plans and manages large-scale broker open house events, handling all logistics to effectively showcase properties and engage prospective clients.

On the transaction side, Megan prepares key documents such as letters of intent, proposals, listing agreements, commission agreements, and purchase and sale agreements. Her strong attention to detail ensures that all materials align with client objectives and support successful deal execution.
