Parker has been involved in the sale of more than 200 retail assets with total consideration of $2.0B since 2017 on behalf of clients. His core focus includes the sale of unanchored strip centers, anchored shopping centers, & single-tenant net-leased assets.
Parker is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Finance & Real Estate. He’s currently an advisory board member with CU’s Klump Center for Real Estate & a chairperson with ICSC’s Rocky Mountain Marketplace.
