Riley McCarron is a Senior Associate in the Retail Advisory & Transaction Services Group in Chicago. Riley joined CBRE in 2021 with a primary focus on Tenant Representation in the Midwest & Nationally, partnering with Jim Sakanich. Riley’s responsibilities include site selection, contract negotiations, market research & analysis, and relationship building. Through his hard work, commitment, and attention to detail, Riley is able to provide clients with the best possible outcomes.
Riley has over five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He began his career as a property accountant at AJ Capital Partners. He then transitioned into brokerage, working as an advisor with Horvath & Tremblay.
Prior to joining the commercial real estate industry, Riley enjoyed a short stint in the NFL with the Houston Texans & New England Patriots.
