Riley McCarron is a Senior Associate with the CBRE Retail Services Group in Chicago. Riley focuses on tenant representation alongside Jim Sakanich, advising retailers on both regional and national real estate strategies with a focus on urban and suburban markets.
With 5 years of experience in retail real estate, Riley specializes in site selection, trade area analysis, market strategy, lease negotiations, and relationship building. He brings a client-first mindset to each engagement, grounded in hard work and attention to detail, with a focus on helping clients make informed real estate decisions and drive growth.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2021, Riley worked at AJ Capital Partners as a Property Accountant before transitioning into brokerage at Horvath & Tremblay, where he gained early experience in commercial real estate.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Riley had a brief stint in the NFL with the Houston Texans and New England Patriots. The discipline, competitiveness, and work ethic he developed continue to shape his approach to business and client relationships.
