Ryan Greer is a Vice Chairman on CBRE’s Greater Los Angeles and Orange County Multifamily Debt and Structured Finance team, excelling in sourcing and implementing financing solutions. Prior to his role at CBRE, he spent 12 years at Newmark, progressing to the position of Managing Director, where he focused on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing for multifamily assets. Over the past seven years, he has been instrumental in loan originations exceeding $12 billion. Ryan's immediate impact at CBRE was recognized with the prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle status in 2021.

Alongside Troy Tegeler and Trevor Breaux, the team executed over 196 transactions in 2022 and 2023, with an average deal size of $36.12 million, resulting in over $7.08 billion in transaction volume. In 2023, the team earned recognition as Connect CRE’s Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders. Ryan attributes his clients' success to his team's commitment to service, vowing to utilize every effort and resource to meet their needs.

Specializing in multifamily loan originations across the country, the CBRE Greater Los Angeles Multifamily DSF team have cultivated a comprehensive national network of Lenders to source aggressive capital and deliver tailored financing solutions. The team’s lead producers - Troy Tegeler, Trevor Breaux and Ryan Greer – along with a team of experienced underwriting specialists and transaction coordinators combine their unparalleled industry knowledge and unrivaled work ethic to bring superior results to their clients.

Leveraging knowledge gained through the successful origination of and participation in nearly 2,500 multifamily debt transactions totaling $69+ Billion since 2000, the team brings extensive expertise to every transaction, providing a unique perspective to the real time market conditions shaping the multifamily industry.

Troy and his partners have been responsible for the direct origination of more than 1,443 transactions, $35+ Billion in volume and more than 335,000 units across 39 states. The team seamlessly works together to provide optimal client outcomes across all transaction sizes, successfully completing nationwide transactions ranging in size from $1.0 Million supplementals to portfolio financing in excess of $1.65 Billion. In 2022 & 2023, the GLA Multifamily DSF team completed 196 transactions with an average deal size of $36.12 million, totaling more than $7.08 Billion in transaction volume, with 36 different lending sources.
