Sasha Solonin is a member of CBRE’s West LA team where he specializes in strategic representation and advisory of office tenant’s in the greater Los Angeles area. Having several years of work experience in the media and digital technology fields, he brings a unique perspective to brokerage where he empowers his clients to make more tactical and proactive real-estate decisions. He brings together strategic advisory services with carefully thought out execution services to create meaningful outcomes for his clients. He helps by creating a data backed plan for his clients to achieve their desired results by utilizing his knowledge of the local markets and ability to quickly detect and solve for potential problems.

His tenant representation services include:

Sasha was born in Kiev, Ukraine and he moved to Los Angeles, California when he was just a few years old. He attended Pepperdine University where he studies economics and was a part of their Division 1 men’s tennis team and excelled in both sports and academics. His extensive network of friends and business connections that he has gathered through school and tennis have allowed him to quickly find his place in the commercial real-estate industry.

CBRE has risen to #146 on the Fortune 2019 list of the 500 largest U.S.-based public companies.
