As a 30-year industry veteran, Taylor Hillenmeyer is known as a trusted advisor for investors and tenants in the office sector, delivering real estate solutions with meaningful results that support his client’s strategic business goals. His clients include large multi-national institutional investors and corporate end users, as well as small dynamic start-ups, local investors, and locally owned businesses. His depth of experience and applied practical knowledge deliver superior outcomes for his clients. Throughout his career Hillenmeyer has negotiated leases totalling over 15 million square feet and over $2.5 billion in total transaction value.
Hillenmeyer joined CBRE in 2012. Together with his partners, J.T. Martin, Janelle Gallagher, and Alexandra Rule, he is part of a cohesive team with broad and diverse skill sets that jointly work to help deliver measurable results. Collectively, they have completed over 325 lease transactions within the past 5 years.
Hillenmeyer began his career at The Stout & Teague Companies in Washington, D.C., where he directed in-house leasing responsibilities for the firm and provided third-party landlord and tenant representation services to a broad range of owners and end users throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. While at Stout & Teague, Hillenmeyer negotiated leases totalling over 1 million square feet and over $150 million in transaction value. He was a five-time recipient of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors’ Developer Agent Award and awarded a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2005.
After relocating to the Nashville area in 2007, Hillenmeyer served as Vice President – Corporate Services for ProVenture Commercial Real Estate, where he provided third party brokerage and tenant representation services to office and medical office users in the Greater Nashville area. While at ProVenture, Hillenmeyer negotiated leases totalling over $50 million in transaction value.
