His specialization in office brokerage services has given him a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for his clients, with a focus on creative real estate strategies and deal making.
Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, and has successfully negotiated over 6 million square feet of leases valued at over $1 billion with his team, Taylor Hillenmeyer and Janelle Gallagher. Mr. Martin’s depth and knowledge in the office market has also allowed him to develop and execute leasing strategies.
