Tesa Gerhardt is a retail specialist who joined CBRE in 2013 upon the acquisition of Fameco

Famous. After working as an operations manager for a local real estate developer, Tesa
rejoined CBRE in 2022 as a Transaction Manager for Team Famous.
Tesa provides ongoing management of real estate transaction activities, specializing in
national rollouts and lease renewal negotiations for retailers, making Team Famous the go-
to expert in this niche. The current client list includes Nordstrom Rack, Mister Car Wash,
Crumbl Cookies (franchisee Tobias Harris), D1 Training, and Perspire Sauna Studios.
As a Transaction Manager, she assumes responsibility for the coordination of the site
selection process, ensuring seamless communication among all stakeholders and efficient
progress through each phase of the transaction lifecycle. She engages and collaborates
with local brokers in targeted markets, negotiates deal terms, and ensures transactions
