“Our headquarters plays a critical role in supporting the work we do every day to improve the lives, safety and well-being of children and families across the nation,” said William C. The property, operated by EQ Office, is a LEED Platinum-rated building that was recently renovated with a redesigned entry, lobby and mezzanine lounge to inspire collaboration, spark creativity and build community. EQ Office is also adding a conference and event facility for tenants, which is expected to be delivered by the end of 2025.
“Over the past few years, we completed a major transformation at 800 Fifth creating a modern workplace environment centered around wellness and collaboration to ensure it met the needs of today’s office users. It’s inspiring to see how our vision has aligned with the needs of organizations like Casey Family Programs. Well-located buildings like 800 Fifth that have invested significantly in upgrading amenities and common areas are outperforming the market,” said Sean Sussex, first vice president at CBRE.
