CBRE has announced the appointment of Heather Nevin to Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for Cincinnati, Dayton and Kentucky.
In this role, Nevin will be responsible for all day-to-day operations for all Cincinnati, Dayton and Kentucky Advisory Service lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, debt and structured finance and property management across all property types.
This appointment follows the transition of Kevin Schutte, formerly the Cincinnati and Dayton Market Leader, to a producer role in the firm.
Nevin joined CBRE in 2024 as Senior Managing Director of Mid-Atlantic Investor Services and Maryland Market Leader. During her tenure, she expanded the Investor Services business and increased CBRE’s presence across the Maryland market.
“Heather has demonstrated remarkable leadership and a clear ability to grow our business,” said CBRE’s Michael Copella, Senior Managing Director and Eastern Midwest Regional Leader. “Her success in the Mid-Atlantic region speaks for itself, and we’re excited to see her bring that same energy and innovation to Cincinnati, Dayton, and Kentucky.”
Prior to CBRE, Nevin served as Transwestern's Mid-Atlantic Regional Chief Operating Officer, where she led strategic initiatives, oversaw business operations, and managed multiple service lines. Additionally, she brings a uniquely multifaceted background to her new role, having served as a broker, interior designer, attorney, and executive.
“I’m honored to step into this expanded role and lead our outstanding teams across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Kentucky,” said Nevin. “CBRE has an incredible platform, and I’m excited to focus on driving strategic growth, deepening client relationships, and expanding CBRE’s market presence across these key markets.”
