CBRE Announces Historic Sonoma Restaurant and Event Venue is For Sale

CBRE announced it is marketing The Depot for sale, a historic restaurant and event venue in Sonoma, Calif. The property is part of a court-supervised sale.

Henry Bose and Alex Lee‑Bull of CBRE in San Francisco are representing the seller.

Located at 241 1st Street West in Sonoma, The Depot was built in 1870. The two-story building has an indoor restaurant, full commercial kitchen and upper floor that has huge potential to drive additional revenue. At the rear of the property is a large outdoor patio, a shallow pool with a signature light fixture and 11 dedicated parking spaces. Known for its Italian-influenced cuisine and ambiance, The Depot has long served as a community fixture and a destination for both locals and visitors.

The Depot is one block away from Sonoma Plaza, and one hour north of San Francisco. Sonoma Plaza has several boutique shops, tasting rooms, art galleries and restaurants, as well as Mission San Francisco Solano, the oldest building in Sonoma County.
