CBRE Announces HQ Move for Meridian Cooperative in Atlanta

CBRE announced today that Meridian Cooperative, an information technology company, will relocate its Atlanta headquarters to Three Ravinia. The company has leased 52,000 square feet.

Chris Port, Kyle Kenyon, and Nicole Goldsmith with CBRE represented the landlord, a joint venture between Estein USA and Vanderbilt Office Properties, in the transaction. Estein and Vanderbilt acquired Three Ravinia in 2023. Billy Hobbs with Cresa represented the tenant.

Located at 3 Ravinia Dr. NE in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter, the city’s largest office submarket, Three Ravinia includes 816,748 sq. ft. of office space across 31 floors and is the tallest office building in Atlanta outside of Downtown, Midtown, and Buckhead. It includes unobstructed 360-degree views of Atlanta, a fully equipped fitness and conference center, the largest living wall in the Southeast, a fully operational coffee counter on site, a grab-and-go café for tenants, free covered parking, a large manicured outdoor area with a pond and walking trails, and direct access to major thoroughfares like Interstate 285 and Georgia 400.
