CBRE Arranged $13.5 Million Office Sale in San Diego

CBRE announced the sale of a 25,600-square-foot office property located at 5015 Shoreham in San Diego, California. San Diego Lighthouse Bible Church acquired the property for $13.5 million.

CBRE’s Matt Pourcho, Anthony DeLorenzo, Matt Harris and Casey Sterk represented the private seller, Shoreham LLC, in the transaction.
