Lifetime Achievement Award

Success Stories

"Thank you for the great job your team did on the sale of our 150,000 SF industrial building. I was impressed with your team's unique platform that offers the broadest possible exposure to the market. We had concerns with the number of transactions your were working on at one time, however, you proved that our concerns were unfounded. In the end you achieved a price that was record for the market."

"We have had an excellent long-term relationship with CBRE. They have an extremely in-depth understanding of the needs of 1031 Exchange buyers, and we rely on their input when making many of our acquisition and disposition decisions that are affected today by rapidly changing trends and cycles."

"We recently had the pleasure of working with the CBRE on the sale of one of our office buildings. They quickly secured a 1031 Exchange buyer that conducted their due diligence in a short period of time and performed on the transaction as contemplated. CB worked closely with our team to smoothly process the transaction through the close of escrow."

"We engaged CBRE to sell a couple of our properties. We chose them because of their ability to cover the total spectrum of buyers and expose our property to the greatest number of investors. They provided insight and recommended improvements that we could make to increase our value prior to taking them to market. Their marketing materials created individual stories and benefits for each property."

"We are an institutional type investor that had a non- institutional asset that we wanted fully exposed to the market. The Private Client Group's experience was invaluable. After the offers came in, they helped qualify the investors and were instrumental in working through all of the issues that came up during escrow. We would highly recommend this team."

"I would like to thank you for a job very well done on the sale of Jamboree Promenade in Irvine, California. The expertise and the professionalism of the team throughout the sale process was exceptional, and clearly exceeded our expectations in every way. You clearly had a grasp of the asset, and our goals and objectives, as well as a clear market strategy and the resources to get the job done. "

"Our plan was to combine all 3 of the buildings in our project into one package and market it to institutional clients. The team convinced us to use their services and market the buildings individually to 1031 Exchange buyers. The prices they achieved were $10/SF higher than our projected sales prices. In fact, the record prices they achieved were even higher than what the user market was paying."

"I wanted to express my appreciation to your team for our completed sale of East 166th in Cerritos. Your team clearly understood the market in advance of this transaction, as we were able to hit the high end of your suggested value. The marketing materials strongly positioned this asset for our buyer pool, I was pleased with the level of activity and interest in the property, and with the results."
