CBRE Arranges $26.5 Million Sale of 100-Unit Multifamily Community

CBRE arranged the $26.5 million sale of La Roca Plaza, a 100-unit multifamily property located at 10032 North Magnolia Avenue in Santee, Calif. Casa La Roca Apartments LLC acquired the property.

CBRE’s Conor Brennan and Rachel Parsons represented both the buyer, Casa La Roca Apartments LLC, and the seller, La Roca Plaza LP, in the transaction.
