Rachel Parsons re-joined CBRE in 2024 as a co-leader of the Southern California Institutional Multifamily Capital Markets team, specializing in the sale of existing apartment communities, multifamily development, and land sales throughout Southern California. She has experience selling core, institutional, core plus, value-add, mixed-use, stabilized/post-renovated product as well as ground lease properties.
During her 23-year tenure in commercial real estate, Rachel has become an industry leader, being personally involved in the sale of over $12 billion in multifamily transactions, totaling over 22,000 units and more than 300 acres of land.
Rachel holds a Bachelor degree in Political Science and Government from University of California San Diego.
