CBRE Arranges Sale of 204-Unit Multifamily Community Livery in Lakeville, Minnesota

CBRE has arranged the sale of Livery, a 204-unit multifamily property in Lakeville. The Texas-based RPM Living Investments purchased the property from the Indiana-based Garrett Companies for an undisclosed amount.

CBRE’s Ted Abramson, Keith Collins and Abe Appert represented the seller in the transaction.

“Livery saw significant interest from capital, as core suburban assets continue to be highly coveted in our market,” said Abramson. “The two-story product, featuring attached direct-entry garages in a fast-growing suburb, is very attractive to both renters and investors.”

Livery is located at 5076 161st St. W., just west of Minnesota State Highway 3 and positioned near several retailers, including Hy-Vee, PetSmart, and Dunn Brothers. Built in 2023, the townhome community features a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans averaging 1,117 square feet.

Community and unit amenities include attached garages, plank-style flooring, designer kitchens, stainless steel appliances, a yoga room with Torch Fitness on demand, an outdoor fire pit, a resort-style pool and spa, poolside cabanas, a fitness center, and an indoor dog spa.
