CBRE facilitated the $8 million sale of 601 Pine St. in downtown Seattle. CBRE’s Dino Christophilis and Daniel Tibeau represented the seller, L&B Realty Advisors, LLP.

The 67,578 square foot building is situated on 0.35 acres of land, just a block away from Westlake Center, and in the core of Seattle’s Central Business District.
