CBRE Arranges Two New Leases for ParTee Shack in Raleigh, North Carolina

CBRE has arranged two new leases for ParTee Shack, a miniature golf-centric entertainment concept, both in Raleigh, North Carolina. The experiential retail concept has leased 19,590 square feet at Celebration at Six Forks and approximately 17,000 sq. ft. at Capital Marketplace. These new locations will bring ParTee Shack’s total count in Raleigh to three.

Jon Stanley of CBRE in Raleigh represented the tenant in both transactions. Charlie Coyne of CBRE represented the landlord in the Capital Marketplace deal, Finmarc Management, while Tiffany Barrier, also of CBRE in Raleigh, represented the landlord in the Celebration at Six Forks deal, FCA Partners.

Founded in 2020, Partee Shack opened its first location in Raleigh in 2021 and has quickly expanded into three Raleigh locations and a location in Greensboro. Further expansion is also being planned for South Carolina. ParTee Shack’s vision is for each facility to be unique in its entertainment experience offerings. The concept’s current and future entertainment offerings in North Carolina include miniature golf, go-karts, tactical laser tag, arcade and virtual reality games, food, adult beverages, and more.
