CBRE has announced the sale of Brighton Farms, a 134-unit garden-style apartment complex in Newnan, Georgia. The Walden Group acquired the property for an undisclosed amount.
Keith Geiger, Kurt McGarry, Shea Campbell, Ashish Cholia, Kevin Geiger, Colleen Hendrix, Don Hoffman, and Malcolm McComb of CBRE Southeast Multifamily arranged the sale on behalf of Dallas-based Boardwalk Wealth.
Located at 80 Christian Drive in Newnan, Brighton Farms was built in 1972 and features 134 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with an average size of 1,048 square feet. Community amenities include a swimming pool, fishing lake, car wash, dog park, playground, laundry facility and picnic areas. The property also features tremendous access to major employers, downtown Newnan, and Interstate 85. Brighton Farms was fully occupied at the time of sale.
