Don Hoffman represents institutional and high net worth investors in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily properties across the Southeast. Primarily focused on institutionally owned multifamily property sales, and multifamily land and development assignments in both suburban and urban Atlanta. Since joining CBRE in 2018, Mr. Hoffman has been an integral part of the successful marketing and closing of over $4.5 billion of multifamily housing transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Hoffman was Vice President of Development & Portfolio Management with the Worthing Companies. In that position he provided development oversight from initial underwriting through execution of the business plan post-closing and was responsible for all aspects of asset management for the Worthing portfolio of communities. Mr. Hoffman was also responsible for dispositions, successfully closing on approximately $800 million in transactions.
Prior to joining Worthing, Mr. Hoffman managed multifamily housing and portfolios of conventional, affordable, and student housing assets across the Southeastern States for companies including Bell Partners, Lane Company, Place Properties, and Trammell Crow Residential Services. Responsible for executing business plan, maximizing operational performance, and handling all interactions with owners (including owners such as Invesco, AEW, TA Realty, Crow Holdings, LRA, RECP).
