CBRE Named Exclusive Real Estate Advisor for the South Parking Garage Redevelopment Site in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania

CBRE, in partnership with the Municipality of Mt. Lebanon, has launched a Request for Proposal for a mixed-use development opportunity at the South Parking Garage site.

Anne Rahm, with CBRE’s Public Institutions & Education Solutions team, along with Gerry Dudley and Kyle Prawdzik with CBRE’s Pittsburgh office, will serve as Mt. Lebanon's real estate advisors.

Located adjacent to Mt. Lebanon’s municipal building at 710 Washington Road, the site will be redeveloped through a public-private partnership (P3). The project will replace the existing South Parking Garage with a modern structure offering a minimum of 320 spaces as well as a new mixed-use development atop the garage. The parking structure will serve the municipal building, nearby condominium residents and business owners, as well as tenants of the future development.

The site is situated within Mt. Lebanon’s Uptown Business District and provides immediate access to a diverse mix of retail, dining, residential and community amenities. The property also benefits from direct access to the Mt. Lebanon light rail station and is located just seven miles south of downtown Pittsburgh.
