CBRE arranged the sale of 1045 Sansome to Bridges Capital.
CBRE’s Kyle Kovac and Mike Taquino represented the seller.
“The Jackson Square submarket continues to attract an outsized amount of investor interest. 1045 Sansome is ideally positioned to capitalize on the City's rapidly expanding tenant base,” said Kovac.
Located in San Francisco’s Jackson Square neighborhood, 1045 Sansome is a four-story, creative office building totaling 83,871 square feet. The property was built in 1926 and has been substantially renovated with new windows, interior upgrades, a top-floor lounge, and a roof deck. Sixty-four percent of the building is leased to tenants in the architecture, design, and e-commerce industries.
San Francisco’s office market showed new signs of stabilizing in Q1 2025, according to CBRE Research. In Q1 2025, 2.9 million square feet of office space was leased, which is the highest quarterly leasing total since Q2 2019.
