CBRE facilitated the sale of Imperial Medical Plaza, a 26,596-square-foot medical outpatient building (MOB) located at 15651 Imperial Highway, La Mirada, California to a private Los Angeles based investor.

Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott, Mindy Berman, Zack Holderman, Cole Reethof and Jesse Greshin of CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets partnered with Chris Manassero of CBRE’s Healthcare Private Capital Group to act as the exclusive advisors to the seller, Ethan Christopher LLC.

Imperial Medical Plaza is located approximately twenty miles southeast of Los Angeles. The two-story, multi-tenant MOB is currently 91% leased with a weighted average lease term of four years and is primarily occupied by physicians and dentists. The property's prime location provides ample parking with a ratio of 6.29 spaces per 1,000 square feet. Situated less than a mile from Kindred Hospital La Mirada (LTACH) and PIH Medical Plaza, the building benefits from its proximity to local medical providers and facilities.
