CBRE Named Exclusive Office Leasing Agent for BXP’s Colorado Center in Santa Monica, California

CBRE’s John Zanetos, Chris Penrose and Kelli Snyder will lead the office leasing campaign on behalf of BXP, the largest publicly traded developer, owner, and manager of premier workplaces in the United States.
Colorado Center spans a full 15-acre city block and features six buildings totaling 1.14 million square feet of office space. Situated in Santa Monica’s thriving tech, media, advertising, life sciences and entertainment district, the campus offers a dynamic environment for innovative companies. Amenities include a central outdoor space, an on-site café, tennis courts, fitness center, pool, transit access to downtown Los Angeles and a three-level underground parking garage.
The buildings are located at 2400, 2450, and 2500 Broadway and 2401, 2501, and 2525 Colorado Avenue.

According to CBRE Research, West L.A. remained the top leasing submarket in the Greater L.A. region and accounted for nearly 26.8% of the total leased space in Q2 2025. The submarket has experienced a positive net absorption trend over the past two quarters, indicating its strong position even in a dynamic office market.
