CBRE Promotes Office Occupier Expert Carmine DiLucente to Senior Vice President in Pittsburgh

CBRE announced today that Carmine DiLucente has been promoted to Senior Vice President within the firm’s Pittsburgh office.

Since joining CBRE in 2014, DiLucente has excelled in office occupier representation across the region. Throughout his tenure with the firm, he and his team have successfully guided clients in both national and international markets through strategic market planning, multi-site consolidations, transaction management and portfolio administration, culminating in over 200 transactions totaling more than 3 million square feet and exceeding $600 million in value.

Additionally, he has been honored with several SIOR Western Pennsylvania Chapter Top Deal Awards and has been being recognized as a CBRE Pittsburgh Top 10 Producer and CBRE Eastern Midwest Top 25 Producer.
