Carmine DiLucente

Carmine DiLucente is a First Vice President of Advisory & Transaction Services with CBRE and focuses on tenant representation. In his 9 years at CBRE, Carmine has established himself as one of the top brokerage professionals in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  He and his team at CBRE focus on advising companies in the Pittsburgh Office and Flex Markets as well as strategically managing national and global real estate portfolios on behalf of his clients.

During his tenure at CBRE, Carmine has participated in over 200 lease transactions totaling over 3 million square feet. He has experience in many national and international markets representing clients ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 10 companies. Carmine has assisted his clients in optimizing their real estate assets in scenarios ranging from headquarters relocations to multi-site consolidations to national expansions. 

Prior to focusing solely on tenant representation, Carmine worked on behalf of owners and developers of office and tech-flex assets in the Pittsburgh metro. Carmine began his career as an Associate with the Pittsburgh office of Newmark and specialized in office brokerage. Carmine received his bachelor's degree from Duquesne University and worked in various sales-related roles before beginning his real estate brokerage career.
