CBRE Promotes Office Professional Adam Viccaro, SIOR, to Senior Vice President in Pittsburgh

CBRE announced today that Adam Viccaro, SIOR, has been promoted to Senior Vice President within the firm’s Pittsburgh office.

Mr. Viccaro is a 16-year commercial real estate veteran and joined CBRE in 2010. He specializes in assisting clients with investor office representation throughout the region.

During his career at CBRE, Mr. Viccaro and his team have assisted clients with strategic market planning, asset repositioning and portfolio and lease administration in over 550 transactions, totaling more than 7 million square feet and over $1 billion in aggregate value.

Additionally, he was recognized by SIOR for the Suburban Office Deal of the Year award in 2011, the Suburban Office Lease of the Year award in 2018 and as the Co-Broker of the Year in 2018.

Prior to his current role at CBRE, Mr. Viccaro served as an Associate at Fischer & Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree from Point Park University.
