Adam Viccaro is a leader in commercial real estate who specializes in asset repositioning and multiple high-profile projects in Pittsburgh. Over the course of his career, Viccaro has completed over 550 real estate transactions totaling more than 6M SF and $900 million in value. Adam currently leases a portfolio of more than 4.5 million square feet of Institutional office assets in the Pittsburgh region.

He has earned the CoStar Power Broker Award, the SIOR Suburban Office Deal of the Year Award, and the SIOR Co-Broker Deal of the Year Award.

Viccaro holds two Bachelors degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Point Park University.

Downtown Class A Office Building Repositioning Staring occupancy at the building was 55% with the majority of tenancy had leases expiring within 24 months. Occupancy was increased thru aggressive repositioning to 95%, while increasing rent by 42% and achieving a GOLD LEED rating for the building.

USAA Real Estate

Suburban Class A Building Repositioning. Two office building complex of 250,000 SF with a starting combined occupancy rate of 24% and non-compliant fire/life safety or restrooms and outdated HVAC. In 24 months produced a 95% occupancy, set the market peak for rental rates, achieved a LEED Gold certification for building renovations and enables USAA to sell the asset for the highest price per SF in the entire sub-market.

Conversion of a former Nabisco factory in an unproven location which sat as a forbidden industrial site for over 2 years.
