CBRE has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for retail space at 200 North College Street, a transformative mixed-use redevelopment in Uptown Charlotte that will convert a former office building into a vibrant residential and retail destination.
CBRE’s Darrell Palasciano and Kaitlyn Fitch will represent ownership in leasing approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of ground-floor retail, restaurant and commercial space at the property.
Developed by Revival Partners, the project will reimagine the existing building into a dynamic, mixed-use environment featuring approximately 290 multifamily residences above a highly activated retail and dining base. The redevelopment will add courtyards and new residential floors above the current structure, positioning the property as a modern, amenity-rich destination in one of Charlotte’s most prominent urban corridors.
Located in the heart of Uptown, 200 North College Street sits within walking distance of the Spectrum Center, Blumenthal Arts venues and Charlotte’s central business district, offering direct access to a dense population of office workers, residents and visitors. The redevelopment is expected to capitalize on strong foot traffic and create an engaging, all-day destination that blends living, dining and shopping.

The ground-floor retail space will offer flexible layouts suited for a range of retail, grocer, restaurant, fitness and experiential concepts. With prominent frontage, outdoor seating potential and direct connectivity to surrounding attractions, the project presents a rare opportunity for retailers and restaurateurs to establish a presence in one of Charlotte’s most visible and highly trafficked locations.
