CBRE's Jesse Peron represented the landlord, Casasadobes LLC for Fut Health Spa in a new 926 sq. ft. lease at Casas Adobes Plaza. Fut Health Spa plans to open in September and will be the company's first location in the Tucson area.

CBRE's Nancy McClure represented the landlord, Broadway Star Partners LLC, in a new 2,050 sq. ft. lease for Liberty Tax at 7531 East Broadway Blvd. Liberty Tax plans to open for business in early September.

CBRE's Tim Healy and Jackson Kraft represented the landlord, Schnitzer Properties, in a new 24,822 sq. ft. pre-lease for Stevens Equipment Supply LLC at the Corona Commerce Center at 2717 East Corona Road, Suite 150. Joseph Cooper of SRS Industrial represented the tenant.

CBRE's Bruce Suppes represented the landlord, 6801 Camino Principal LLC, in the new 1,537 sq. ft. lease at 6801 East Camino Principal. Cameron Casey of Oxford Realty Advisors represented the tenant.
