CBRE's Nancy McClure represented the landlord of Northgate Plaza Shopping Center, STROMIGA GP and ROLL-IT LLC, in negotiating a new 2,692 sq. ft. retail lease for Fred Loya Insurance's new office in the Walmart Neighborhood Market anchored center at 3925 East Grant Road.

CBRE's Ryan Hall represented Gracie Barra Oro Valley in renewing a 3,999 sq. ft. lease at Oro Valley Marketplace in Tucson, AZ. TownWest Realty represented the landlord.

CBRE's David Montijo, Rob Waller, Mark Sprague, Patrick Amos and Kyle Mazade represented KB Home Tucson, Inc., in a new 12,728 sq. ft. lease at 1650 East River Road. Montijo also represented the landlord, Mesquite Properties LLC.
