CBRE has been awarded the exclusive office leasing assignment for Work/Shop following a major redevelopment and redesign of the property’s existing south office building. The 65,000 SF Class A, mixed-use development is located at 5455 Belt Line Road overlooking Prestonwood Country Club in Dallas. CBRE’s Ben Davis, Shannon Brown and Julee Amparo are marketing the space on behalf of ownership, Triten Real Estate Partners.

The recently completed renovations to the property’s office component encompassed a total reconstruction of the south office building which includes a complete redesign of the building’s common areas and exterior façade. Updates include a newly designed main lobby featuring a tenant snack and coffee bar, a state-of-the-art conferencing room, new coworking spaces with floor-to-ceiling glass, the addition of an outside patio with amazing green, golf course views, and four freshly designed, turn-key spec suites ranging from 2,528 to 4,317 square feet.

Work/Shop has a total office footprint of 135,000 sq. ft. across two buildings, which are complemented by the 81,500 sq. ft. of premier dining, shopping and entertainment space and 30,000 sq. ft. of plaza and greenspace in the development with unique golf course views. Current retail in the development includes Evo Entertainment, Mesero, Crisp & Green and a soon to be announced upcoming fast-casual concept with more exciting tenant announcements to come in the following months.
