Professional Experience


Greg Shuttt is a Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services group, specializing in industrial properties alongside Eric Bennett and Daniel Buhrmann in the Reno office. Since Greg began his real estate career in 1998 with Dermody Properties, he has been responsible for leasing millions of square feet of warehousing, distribution and manufacturing facilities in the Northern Nevada area. In addition to managing every aspect of the local leasing process, he has been involved with build-to-suit developments, building and land sales and purchases as well as investment sales. In 2007, Greg was named Partner to DP Partners/Dermody Properties, where he was responsible for all aspects of development, leasing, sales and acquisitions for Northern Nevada.

In 2009, Greg brought his industrial development expertise to the brokerage world and joined Grubb & Ellis, which then became to Avison Young in 2012. In 2014, Greg moved to Colliers International, where he was responsible for millions of square feet leased or sold and received numerous awards.
