Eric has been practicing industrial real estate in Northern Nevada since 1999 and has remained focused on the leasing and sale needs of institutional property investors, developers as well as occupiers. Eric has significant ground-up speculative and build-to-suit development experience throughout Northern Nevada totaling over 20 million square feet.
Presently, as a member of the CBRE Reno Industrial Services team, Eric champions CBRE’s Agency/Landlord Representation platform serving both institutional and non-institutional ownership platforms. Eric is consistently a top producer in the in the CBRE Reno office, regional CBRE Sacramento LMA and in the overall Northern Nevada market and CBRE nationally.
Personally, Eric loves spending time with his family fishing, hiking, camping and watching his two kids Emily and Jack compete in various sporting events.
