Garrett has been practicing industrial real estate in Northern Nevada since 2019, where he specialized in the leasing and sale of industrial properties and industrial land.
Before venturing into real estate, Garrett held a prominent role as a team lead in the freight brokerage industry. This experience allowed him to effectively manage a team of six sales professionals, orchestrating successful transportation solutions. The knowledge he gained from this time in freight brokerage seamlessly translates into his current role.
Presently, Garrett is a key member of the CBRE Reno Industrial Services Team, where he takes pride in representing CBRE’s Occupier/Tenant interests at the local level. His primary goal is to assist businesses in their growth and help them find suitable real estate solutions.
On a personal level, Garrett enjoys quality time with his wife Hannah and their daughter Sofia. Together, they enjoy the beauty of Nevada’s outdoors and all the adventures it has to offer.
