Dan has been practicing industrial real estate in Northern Nevada since 2002. Over his career he has specialized in the leasing and sale of industrial properties, industrial land sale and build-to-suit development. He brings extensive experience and perspective to the table from landlord and occupier representation, investment sales and owner user sale capacity.

Presently, as a member of the CBRE Reno Industrial Services team, Dan champions CBRE’s Occupier/Tenant Representation platform serving both CBRE national clientele and local business. Dan is consistently a top producer for CBRE at regional and national levels.

Bachelor degree in Economics and Internal Relations from the University of California – Davis

Dan has been a Top Producer in the Reno Office/Sacramento LMA every year since 2013. Additionally, Dan believes in giving back to the community and has served as a member of the board of directors for the Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation for over fifteen years. Above all else Dan is a family man, married to his wife of twenty-one years Nikki, raising two young men Griffin and Oliver.
