Adam has joined CBRE as an Associate with Occupier Services in Memphis. He will represent occupiers in their leasing and acquisition strategies, partnering with Kelly Truitt, Brand Cook, and Amanda Dial.
Adam was a financial analyst with Mutual of Omaha’s Commercial Mortgage Department in Nashville. During his tenure, he assisted with financial analysis and underwriting for potential commercial mortgage loan opportunities, providing decision support to senior loan officers. Adam also served as Assistant Project Manager for Brasfield & Gorrie and was responsible for subcontractor communications, project progressions and report analyzations.
