Andrew B. Miller, CCIM is a Senior Vice President within CBRE’s Leasing Services Group with over 21 years of commercial real estate experience. In that time, he has concluded more than 900 transactions including a 450,000 square foot headquarters relocation and numerous other award-winning deals throughout the region. Mr. Miller’s primary area of focus is leasing office space in Pittsburgh’s CBD, Fringe, and University / Tech sector submarkets. Currently, Andrew represents over six million square feet of office space for lease, including several high-profile Class ‘A’ office towers and active development projects. He also has experience working with life science companies, robotics firms, and data center operators to open their specialized facilities.
Mr. Miller has mentored numerous associates at CBRE and in 2025 he created the course outline for & taught the company’s Early In Career training for junior brokers.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Miller worked as a Sales Advisor with Oddbins, and prior to that for S&T Bank in their Commercial Lending & Marketing Departments. Andrew is actively involved with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania and CCIM. He also enjoys local history, architecture, and travel.
