Mr. Kronman has spent the last 32 years specializing in Commercial Real Estate and has been responsible for the leasing or sale of more than $15 billion of real estate assets, representing over 2,500 closed real estate transactions for more than 30 million square feet; he has been at CBRE since 2007 where he has been their top producer for the last 15 years. Prior to joining CBRE in 2007, he was the Executive Vice President at the Soffer Organization, a Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Sales at Insignia Oxford, a Vice President of the Trammell Crow Company, and a senior member of NAI’s brokerage team. His career started as a consultant at Arthur Andersen.
